Hey you....no....I am going to continue to check in here and offer support here and there. Definitely won't give the OH site much action though. Based on some of statements that have been made here and from some of my OH friends (who I respect)...I know that some people think that I am being irrational BUT the deal is this.... I don't like the position OH put us all in. Yes this whole thing caused knee jerk reactions (all which could have been prevented with some notification). It made me feel like a fool to be honest. Like they are sitting in their offices laughing at how they have us all like puppets on a string (maybe not true but its how I feel) and it ****** me off honestly.. Made me go through a lot of feelings that really were not necessary and YET they can't even get back to me despite saying so..... as to why we were not giving that courtesy. All this leads me to believe is that this is how they will operate now and in the future. Yes...its a free site but I feel used. I don't know why....perhaps its all about the abuse I suffered in my history but when the trust is gone...its gone for me. I respect every person on here and want to see all do well. You all have helped me....so I won't poof and disappear....I like to give what I get. I will be looking to see if they take V's idea to heart....although it really is not about me feeling paranoid...any changes they make will let me see just how much respect they have for us as users of this site. Anywho....I will be in lurk mode mostly...but I will keep in touch.
You summed up my feelings exactly. The lack of notice is what most concerns me as it takes about a week after closing your profile for the net to catch up ie: stored search data. Some think us irrational but are feelings are what they are, and they are valid. I'll miss venting through my OH journal and posting oics the most. However, I have a new outlet to vent, thank God. I've e-mailed it to you with my address.
I'm having a bad week.
Not really wl related but it is giving me a hard time with my plan. Wed was my best day so far this week. My basic protein needs are met, but not my protein goal for the day. I did keep the carbs below 20% of total calories.
I'm way short on the liquids at about 50 oz, no plain water and I could not get the vits down. Calories are in check. I'm not sure when the exercise will get back on track. It all depends on where these non wl related issues take me.
I'm going to work on making Thursday better.

Hang in there. Some days are better than others. Heck, some hours are easier than others. There are definitely those times that challenge us. You have been so inspirational and I am sure that there are times when you can use a boost too. So here it is. Take it one moment at a time. Don't worry about what didn't happen yesterday and focus on now. Do the best you can and let the rest go. All that other crap will work itself out but don't let it derail you in this moment.
